BACKSTORY

Hank Biscuits is an strange and esoteric historic figure that has popped up and played shows throughout the Southern US in the 1980s.

Some early recordings were mysteriously mailed to Long Shot records and their legendary A&R man, Llewllyn Dasher. Llewllyn fell in love with this historic record.  Long Shot considered releasing these bootleg recordings, but ultimately they were of too poor quality.

After a long hunt, Hank was found living in New England in a dilapidated homestead he calls the “Biscuits Ranch”. After a extensive negotiation that hinged on a performance rider consisting of a guaranteed case of Lowenbrau, a pack of Parliaments, and a Fish Sandwich for each scheduled performance, Long Shot was able to convince Hank to start working on a new record. We are excited to release Hanks first formal record in March of 2024.

It is called Factory Town and it is a unique take on folk punk with a dash of outlaw country.  He is excited to share it with you.  Hank is playing open mics and prepping for full shows in 2024.
